Working student – Sales support

Our dynamic team is committed to shaping the future of the industry, and we are now looking for a motivated working student (20 hours/week) to support our sales team and gain hands-on experience in a global business environment.


Function & responsibilities

Sales support & customer assistance

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, contracts, and presentations for B2B customers.
  • Support customer communication, including handling inquiries, coordinating sample requests, and processing orders.
  • Help maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.

Administrative & operational tasks

  • Assist in organizing trade fairs, customer events, and meetings.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyses for internal review.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and documentation.

Product & technical knowledge

  • Gain insights into technical products (e.g. PP fabrics, geotextiles) and their applications through collaboration with development and production teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to deepen your understanding of sales processes and industry standards.

Process & digital tools

  • Learn to use CRM and ERP systems for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to digital sales activities, such as LinkedIn campaigns or email marketing.

Your profile

  • Enrolled in a Master’s program in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • First practical experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus (but not required).
  • Basic technical understanding or interest in textiles, geotextiles, or industrial products.
  • Fluency in English; French, Dutch, or German is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proactive, organized, and a team player with strong communication skills.
  • Available for 20 hours per week during the semester (flexible scheduling possible).
