Production Manager

• You lead daily production operations across extrusion, warping, weaving, finishing and recycling, while further developing a high-performing and mature manufacturing organization.
• You coach and develop team leaders and operators towards a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• You use production data to identify opportunities, challenge existing practices and launch improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results.
• You identify structural improvement opportunities in safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency and energy.
• You work closely with R&D, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and HR to successfully deliver improvement projects.
• You participate as a member of the Workplace Safety Committee.
• You contribute to strategic decision-making and investment decisions focused on the company's long-term growth and success.
• You report directly to the General Manager.
• You present and defend monthly operational results and KPIs to senior management.
• You manage and monitor part of the operational budget while actively contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• You have a minimum of eight years' experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• You have a strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• You are a hands-on problem solver with a critical and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Coaching people, building trust, bringing structure and creating ownership is part of your personality.
• You are fluent in both French and English.
• You are a collaborative leader who inspires people across departments to improve every single day.
